- Unused menstrual cups in original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days
- Once opened or used, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects
- Defective cups (tears, improper molding) can be returned within 90 days
Wellness Kits & Bundles
- Complete kits can be returned within 30 days if unopened
- Partially used kits cannot be returned
